Guarantee conditions
Guarantee conditions apply to all* deliveries, repairs and assemble work. IVCOM Commerce’s guarantee period is defined as follow:
During the guarantee period we cover (the following are offered free of charge):
*Some exceptions may apply.
- Materials, machines and goods are treated according to producer’s guarantee period
- Construction, repair and assemble work depend on the Bulgarian’s and Europe Union’s lows for guarantee periods
- After the regular guarantee period we offer a post-guarantee service option.
During the guarantee period we cover (the following are offered free of charge):
- installation inspections and service visits
- break-down repairs
- periodical and seasonal prevention of goods and installations
